The following recommendations are given purely as a guide only, the amount of seeds and other resources that you use will vary from person to person. The type of food you use and time that you are prepared to spend on each will factor into how many resources you will personally need.
Green Topiary Pot

Each Topiary Pot will have it’s own Topiary Trail that you need to complete. The Green Topiary Trail consists of twelve stages. You will need to follow the instructions given by your own topiary bush to find out which wildlife you need to attract for each stage of your trail as the order given will vary for each person. When your topiary is fully grown it will either be small and round or a longer cylindrical shape, the shape depends on which animal is going to set you a task.
Fully Grown Topiary Bush
A small round bush will be the

Unicorn, Meerkat, Winged Unicorn, Ostrich,
Black Unicorn, Giraffe or White Unicorn

You will need to speak to the topiary bush to find out which animal you need to attract first to trim your topiary.
The twelve wildlife needed to trim your topiary for the Green Trail are as follows
(Remember the order of the wildlife is random except for the White Unicorn which will always be last)
Please click the wildlife name if you require advice on the ultimate set up (you may wish to use less attractants than we have shown in our Ultimate Guides to save on resources as you only need to attract one to trim your topiary, you may also need to plan your garden in advance if any of the wildlife require a ready for harvest plant).
When the wildlife is spotted it will trim your Topiary bush for you into its own Topiary version!
You will need to speak to the topiary bush to find out what the requirements are to advance to the next stage.

For the Green Trail each Topiary Bush stage will require you to attract six and spot three in another garden. Any that you have previously spotted or attracted
WILL NOT count toward the stage. The quests must be completed once the topiary animal has asked. Once you have completed the tasks set by the Topiary animal it will plant the next Topiary Bush into your Green Topiary pot and you can begin the next stage.
The final stage of the Green Topiary Trail will always be the White Unicorn. Once you have completed the Topiary White Unicorns tasks you will be able to harvest your completed trail.

TOP TIP! Overall for the Topiary Challenge you will need to complete the Green Trail four times. You can re-use the same green pot for each green trail. If you do this the order of the trail will ALWAYS be the same for that pot which can be helpful to plan your garden. If you buy another green pot the order may not be the same.
In order to unlock the Blue Topiary Pot you must have completed the following
Unlock the Enchanted Baby Mushrooms
You need to have this Mushroom unlocked so that you can attract the Unicorn at the end of the Blue Topiary Trail!
Complete the Green Topiary Trail
To complete the Green Topiary Trail, plant a Topiary Seed in the Green Topiary Pot and follow the instructions to complete all stages of the trail.
Complete Two (2) Yellow Topiary Trails
To complete the Yellow Topiary Trail, plant a Topiary Seed in the Yellow Topiary Pot and follow the instructions to complete all stages of the trail.
Complete Three (3) Orange Topiary Trails
To complete the Orange Topiary Trail, plant a Topiary Seed in the Orange Topiary Pot and follow the instructions to complete all stages of the trail.
Complete Four (4) Red Topiary Trails
To complete the Red Topiary Trail, plant a Topiary Seed in the Red Topiary Pot and follow the instructions to complete all stages of the trail.
You can check if you have completed all the tasks you need to by checking in the Topiary Pots section of the Pot Shoppe.
If the task has been checked off with a tick then you will be able to purchase the next Topiary Pot. It should look like the image below.
