Your “Wildlife Level” is determined by the number of Diamonds you have earned from spotting and attracting Wildlife. Achieving new Wildlife Levels will help you to unlock ‘Magical Mushrooms’ to grow in your Garden.
When fully grown Magical mushrooms will help keep the most common of Fairyland wildlife (i.e. Mice & Mallards) out of your Garden, thus increasing the chances of more interesting wildlife visiting. And when ready for harvest they will burst into colour, and although they lose their deterrent effect on Mice etc, each different Mushroom will then help to attract a specific type of Mythological Wildlife!The first Magical Mushroom (“Fairyland Agaric”) is not a very powerful mouse deterrent at all (it only rates ‘slightly better than nothing’ on the deterrent scale!!) so you’ll barely notice any difference, although we guarantee that it does have a very slight effect! You need to unlock more powerful ones by completing certain tasks. Each new Magical Mushroom you unlock is progressively more powerful, right up until you reach the “Pink Cap”, which is rated an ‘Excellent’ deterrent, and will mean that your Garden will be able to attract even the rarest of wildlife with relative ease (but of course, this privilege doesn’t come easily!)
