Christmas Gift Exchange Info
Freedom Fairies,
Please fill out the form completely below if you're interested in being part of this year's Christmas Exchange. Also mention if you want to send to your own region or international.
For this exchange you will be given/assigned two names to send; either send one of the ideas included in the message with the people's names or an idea of your choice to each of those two fairies **. Below that are the dates to send by and accept by. Once everyone has received their items from two people and sent to two, we will all open on the same day (listed below).
**Please note shipping takes longer plus Holiday shipping makes this challenging.
Please note on the Christmas exchange group page if you know your borders are closed.
If you can only afford to send one as shipping is suppose to rise and would like to participate please msg me with in country or out, so I can work out how to accommodate you.

CONDITIONS
- Please watch your Facebook messenger for messages from me till opening day at least once a week please. Failure to respond to my messages can result in your not being able to join again.
- We do track those who do not send items to their recipient(s) and will politely message them that we are unable to allow them to join. This information has already been tracked and is for any gift exchange.
- We are not liable for postmaster error. See risks below.
- DO NOT TELL YOUR SECRET PERSONS WHO YOU ARE UNTIL AFTER OPEN DAY although you may have to put your name/initials on the package or provide the info due to New postage regulations message me if you have any issues.
- We, as admin, will no longer send gifts/items to those who have not received something so enter at your own risk. We feel bad but are unable to afford to do this.
- The admin(s) refuse to be harassed, bullied, or messaged a bazillion times that you have not received something. Anyone doing this will be removed, their person(s) messaged and transferred, and they will not be allowed to join any further exchanges.
- If you are moving, please mention this if possible. We are not responsible if your packages get lost.
- This is COMPLETELY voluntary. If you don't want to risk not receiving something or do not want to send, please do not join this exchange. People Without Follow Through are not appreciated. Try to consider how you would feel if someone did not fulfill their end of the exchange - don't be that person. Not fulfilling your end can result in you not being able to participate in future exchanges please be all in and committed.
- Please be considerate and send your items early ESPECIALLY if sending to/from Australia or Africa. Procrastination hurts others.
- We will be sending to two people this year. This still allows for those who don't send or neglect to send on time so everyone should still get something.
- This exchange is suppose to be a medium exchange so homemade Christmas things, knick knacks, jewelry, candy, etc would be appropriate.
- Items should cost with shipping no more then $30 USD if local shipped if sending international it will be more. (Some international packages can cost up to $40 just to ship).
- Shipping costs are on the rise. Please check these with any online calculator before deciding what to send.
- Enrollment in this exchange will run for about two.5 weeks: from now to September 11th.
- Your recipient list of two persons will be in-boxed to you by September 16th
- Packages need to be sent no later then October 7th for International and November 7th for in country as opening day is December 23 (THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE! Please try really hard to meet the deadlines due to COVID-19 shipping times are horrible. Having late Christmas presents is not fun, holiday shipping is highly unpredictable. Ship on time or please consider not participating!)
- As you're accepted for this exchange, you will be added to the Christmas Exchange Group Please accept and make a comment on the welcome post so I know your really participating.
- VERY IMPORTANT - Please Facebook add me as a friend and fill out the form below with your address IN POSTAL FORMAT. Include your likes, dislikes, allergies and region you would like to send to by September 5th to be considered for joining this years exchange.
